Your Questions, Answered

  • If you are ordering within Australia, no import fees or customs taxes apply.

For international orders, your country may charge import duties, customs fees, VAT/GST, or other taxes once the artwork arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the collector. Because regulations vary from country to country, I recommend checking with your local customs office for details before purchasing.

I take great care packaging and declaring shipments accurately to help the process run smoothly.

  • Within Australia: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days once dispatched.
International orders: Delivery generally takes 1-3 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please allow additional time during busy holiday periods. Once your artwork has been shipped, tracking details will be provided so you can follow its journey.

  • Shipping within Australia is included in the price of all original artworks, with no additional shipping charges at checkout.

If you’re in Melbourne, Australia, I’m happy to deliver your painting for a small fee, or you’re welcome to collect it in person.

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated separately based on the artwork’s size, weight, and destination. Please get in touch for a shipping quote prior to purchase.

Please note that any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country remain the responsibility of the collector.

  • Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and in its original packaging where possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector, and I kindly ask that returns are packaged securely, as the buyer is responsible for the artwork until it arrives safely back with me. Refunds are processed once the artwork has been received and inspected.

Please note that commissioned pieces are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or there is an issue with the order.

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so I can help resolve the issue.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the artwork has not yet been prepared for dispatch.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, though eligible returns may be requested in accordance with my returns policy.

Please note that commissioned artworks cannot be cancelled once work has begun, as materials and time are committed to the piece.

If you need to make a change to your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to assist.

  • Paintings under 50cm x 50cm arrive ready to hang.

Paintings above 50cm x 50cm are carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube for safe delivery, particularly for larger works and to help keep shipping practical. Each artwork is wrapped with great care to protect its surface in transit.

Rolled paintings arrive ready to be professionally framed by your local framer or you can frame it yourself if you know how to. My personal recommendation would be to organise it to be professionally framed to avoid any potential damage to the piece.

If you have any questions about delivery options for a particular piece, please feel free to get in touch.
